Today's rapid technology changes drive a business environment that presents great opportunities for those who know the landscape. However, it is equally fraught with peril for those who do not. The old adage "knowledge is power" has never been more true than today. Innovative enabling technologies are allowing the creation of novel lines of business that have the potential to go far beyond companies' traditional offerings. Critical to success in these new endeavors is a thorough understanding of the marketplace that one is considering entering.

MyROW can be of significant assistance in helping you comprehend and assess your opportunities. Our market analysts have decades of experience in evaluating markets from business and technology perspectives. We understand both commercial and residential buying motivations and we are fully abreast of trends and the underlying applications that drive buying behaviors. And, so that you are fully prepared and not surprised, we also have a highly developed competitive analysis capability. We can let you know who is in the market, with what, how they’re doing, and what they're likely to do next.

Today's business environment presents senior executives with many choices. Decisions to invest significant amounts of capital can be risky without a full understanding of the implications of all the alternatives presented, particularly when the opportunity presented might be non-traditional. MyROW makes your choices more secure by ensuring that you fully understand the ramifications of each option.

MyROW business analysts are very experienced in evaluating both business and technology choices. Through systematic examination of all your available alternatives, coupled with a thorough understanding of your business objectives and operating parameters, they can help you select your best option for any given situation.

Our analysts go far beyond simple evaluations of business and technology considerations. They are able to fully integrate both your best business and your best technology options into a seamless solution that supports your business plan and gives you the optimum outcome for success.

Even with the best market and options analysis a coherent case must be made that allows executive action to be undertaken with the least amount of risk. MyROW assists you by ensuring that all aspects of any given prospective venture are thoroughly evaluated, vetted, considered, and properly articulated to enable accurate decisions to be made.

MyROW's business analysts have years of experience in developing business cases for senior executive level consideration. They are well aware that the facts for or against any given significant undertaking must be clearly understood in a logical, consistent, and concise manner that facilitates comprehension by those, such as one's board of directors, that do not have day to day involvement.

Our analysts are experts in assembling the necessary data that allows rational, defensible decisions to be made that optimize your probability of success. We are able to cogently, logically, and lucidly assess and develop the most favorable course of action for you together with the supporting documentation that allows easy understanding of the financials, along with issues, risks, rewards, and probable outcomes.

Opportunities can also bring challenges, particularly when dealing with government regulating bodies. Regardless of being in a regulated or unregulated industry, the requirements of local, state, and federal agencies are manifold and call for an experienced approach to prevent costly project delays, penalties, or the development of legal liabilities.

Whether it's a complex mixing of regulated and unregulated services in a Smart Grid/Broadband deployment or the simple permitting of a wireless site, our specialists have years of experience in dealing with regulating entities from local zoning and planning boards, to the state Public Utilities Commissions and Public Service Boards, all the way to the FCC and the FAA. We can plan your strategy, assemble the required documentation, and provide testimony- making the hard part of regulation easy for you so that you can concentrate on executing on your business plan.
